Rental Guidelines Insurance is required for all renters as well as caterers who stay and serve at your event; prove is not required during booking. Renter assumes full responsibility for the strict adherence to all state liquor laws at all times. 

Both professional caterers and self-catering are allowed. The security deposit is not applied towards the rental fees. Like a damage deposit, the security deposit is refundable after your event, provided the space is left as it was found and without any damage, theft, or breach of agreement.
